Are Sunnies Face products paraben-free?

All Sunnies Face products are proudly paraben-free. 

Are Sunnies Face products cruelty-free?

We have never tested on animals and all our products are cruelty-free — we only test on ourselves, our friends, and our family! 

Are Sunnies Face products fragrance-free?

All our products are safe for sensitive skin and completely fragrance-free. We never use synthetic fragrances that may irritate the skin.

Are Sunnies Face products safe for pregnant women?

Sunnies Face products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How do I know what shade works best for me?

Our thoughtfully created color edits are designed to be universally flattering, but makeup is very personal. Drop us a note on Instagram at @sunniesface and we can help you find the shade/s you are looking for.

Do Sunnies Face products work with all skin types?

Sunnies Face is formulated to work well with all skin types, but if you’d like, you can patch test our products first before fully applying. 

Do you sell Sunnies Face gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards for purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change my address after placing my order?​

If you are interested in changing your address after your order has been placed, please reach out to hello@sunniesface.com and we will be glad to assist you! 

I wasn’t around when they delivered to my address. How many delivery attempts do you make?

For standard orders,our couriers have 2 delivery attempts per order. For same-day delivery orders, our couriers have 1 delivery attempt per order.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?​

Just message us at hello@sunniesface.com so we can assist you. Please ensure to provide supporting proof or images to confirm the item/s delivered to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We only accept refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. Just email hello@sunniesface.com and make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase from sunniesface.com ready. Note that we don't accept returns or exchanges for Sunnies Face products purchased outside of sunniesface.com

What's your return process?

Just shoot us a note at hello@sunniesface.com and we can refund your payment. Please ensure to provide supporting proof or images to confirm the item/s delivered to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as GCash, Maya, and Cash-on-Delivery.

How quickly will I see a Sunnies Face charge on my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged immediately as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your form of payment is declined, please email us at hello@sunniesface.com and we will be happy to investigate.

Orders

How can I get updates or check the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation where you can track your package’s location. You can also email us at hello@sunniesface.com for an update on your order.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You may only use 1 promo or discount code per order. 

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to hello@sunniesface.com and we’ll handle the rest. 

What do I do if I accidentally canceled my order?

Not to worry! Email us at hello@sunnifesface.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

You can find your commercial invoice included in your parcel.

You can check out as a guest or create an account so we can save your address for next time. You can also see your order history with your Sunnies Face account.
