All Sunnies Face products are proudly paraben-free.
Are Sunnies Face products cruelty-free?
We have never tested on animals and all our products are cruelty-free — we only test on ourselves, our friends, and our family!
Are Sunnies Face products fragrance-free?
All our products are safe for sensitive skin and completely fragrance-free. We never use synthetic fragrances that may irritate the skin.
Are Sunnies Face products safe for pregnant women?
Sunnies Face products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Where are your products formulated?
Sunnies Face products are formulated in Italy by one of the biggest and most luxurious manufacturers in the world for a best-in-class formula & experience.
Do Sunnies Face products work with all skin types?
Sunnies Face is formulated to work well with all skin types, but if you’d like, you can patch test our products first before fully applying.

Do you sell Sunnies Face gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards for purchase.

How long will it take to process & receive my Sunnies Face order?
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days upon receiving the order, then we will transfer your packed order for shipping. Once your order is shipped out, delivery days will depend on your selected shipping option and actual location.
How long does shipping take?
For standard delivery, Metro Manila orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and provincial orders are shipped within 3-10 business days. For same-day delivery within Metro Manila, orders are shipped within 3 hours. For areas within Batanes, Southern Leyte, Palawan, Siquijor, Tawi Tawi, Basilan, Sorsogon, and Coron, delivery may take up to a month.

Where does Sunnies Face ship?
We ship nationwide - kindly refer to the shipping cost FAQ for more information. For areas within Batanes, Southern Leyte, Palawan, Siquijor, Tawi-Tawi, Basilan, Sorsogon, and Coron, special delivery rates apply. If your area does not appear on our checkout page, you can drop us a note at email@example.com and we'll work on bringing Sunnies Face to you.
What do I do if I am having difficulty tracking my package?

Can I edit my address after placing my order?

I wasn’t around when they delivered to my address. How many delivery attempts do you make?
For standard orders,our couriers have 2 delivery attempts per order. For same-day delivery orders, our couriers have 1 delivery attempt per order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We only accept refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase from sunniesface.com ready. Note that we don't accept returns or exchanges for Sunnies Face products purchased outside of sunniesface.com.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Just shoot us a note at email@example.com and we can refund your payment. Please ensure to provide supporting proof or images to confirm the item/s delivered to you.
How quickly will I see a Sunnies Face charge on my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged immediately as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as GCash, Maya, and Cash-on-Delivery.
What can I do if my payment is declined?

How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation where you can track your package’s location. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update on your order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You may only use 1 promo or discount code per order.
